I ran into a list of four year college football programs by State....FBS-NAIA. The State with the most college football is Pennsylvania with 53 schools represented. Followed by Ohio with 41 and Texas with 40.

Wow Texas would have been my first guess and I'm sure that I would not have guessed Pennsylvania had the most in my first 10 or even 15 guesses.
