Sprained his ankle late in the third quarter. He had 11 carries for 81 yards prior to the play he was injured on, but just one for -2 yards afterwards.
I saw somewhere that it's a high (inside) ankle sprain too... Those take longer, depending on how bad it is.[cat_bracket] wrote:Sprained his ankle late in the third quarter. He had 11 carries for 81 yards prior to the play he was injured on, but just one for -2 yards afterwards.
I know what you're getting at... But that is a tough decision for the coaches. One example that comes to my mind is last year Cat Griz. Totally not ripping on JB here but I'm guessing a hobbled Dakota would have kept us in that game.Joe Bobcat wrote:It never ceases to amaze me why and how coaches leave an injured player in who is unable to perform up to the level that even a so so backup should be able to exceed. Where have I seen this before? That was a rhetorical question please don't answer it.
Bleskin was injured (shoulder) that game too!! McQueary goes in and touchdown on his only drive. And don't tell me it was garbage time, because um was going for a shutout there and had all their starters in.catatac wrote:I know what you're getting at...
