NLRB: Northwestern cannot unionize

I agree with this and am very surprised at the ruling...
I don't understand labor law at all, so I have no idea if this ruling is surprising or not. I'm not a fan of unions, per se, but I do hope that pay for college athletes becomes more common as we move forward.
