And now you all see why we are pretty much hard asses when it comes to anyone on this board posting any sort of rumor as if it is fact. We generally challenge anyone that is posting something that appears to be rumor or hearsay to produce some facts before we let their comments stand. I know sometimes you guys are annoyed that we challenge your statements, but if your are posting something beyond your opinion, especially if it is personal rather than on the field stuff we will continue to challenge it. Think of it as us protecting you from a lawsuit. The moral of the story......you all owe BN $25K for preventing a lawsuit agains you!!

The link finally worked. The really bad thing about this would be that you would probably have to hire an um'er grad to defend you.

I'm saying that people are less apt to rumor-monger if their real names are attached to the libelous posts.

I dunno. I've seen facebook comments that are equally as stupid. And those have names and pictures attached.

I enjoy reading the comments after an article on ESPN. They're linked to the posters Facebook and a quick look at their profile gives a reader a quick synopsis of their affiations and biases. Seems to be plenty of trolling there. I think some people take things way too seriously and personal.

Trolling isn't the same thing as libeling someone.

It would be pretty easy to get out of her BS accusations and make life hard for that woman.

I doubt she wins.
