Ben Olson has to be near the top. Flamed out at both BYU and UCLA, and didn't even get a training camp invitation to an NFL team.

Nothing good can come out of the direction this thread is headed! Why not drag Kevin Criswell and Cale Handran into this for what they did to the town of Scobey? Not that I''m defending Leaf, but it's not really accurate to say that he had just an "OK" college career. He was the #2 overall draft pick, and finished 3rd for the Heisman trophy. In the context of this discussion, I don't think he belongs on the list. Of course, he'll always have his place at the top of the "biggest NFL draft busts" list, although I think JaMarcus Russell should also get some consideration for the top spot.
