Bad losses at the end to Texas State and Appy state with almost 20 players out injured. 13 for the season. 8 starters..5 starters lost on a already young Defense.

Offense was hit and miss all year under the new system..ended on a good note vs New Mexico st...W 68-35...784 Yards of Offense...400+ Rushing..

Today accepted their 4th straight Godaddy Bowl invite.

Glad to hear it. I have nothing but respect for Arkansas State, their football team, and the fans who posted here. They were very forthcoming about their team and very gracious in beating the tar out of us

I know your fans have to be pleased with your bowl selection once more. It was good to see five Sunbelt teams bowl eligible and I was hoping Georgia Southern would win their appeal. I certainly hope the Power 5 conferences make a firm decision in the next couple of years as to their direction so 1-AA and the Plus 5 can level out their football scholarship numbers and achieve sports equity in the others offered.

Do you think a Sunbelt team will play in the Camellia Bowl this year as both GSU and Appalachian State have to wait one more year?
