Until the clock hits 0:00 in the 4th, and Poly is up by more than 1 point, I don't care who makes a prediction.

This has all the makings for a great game. These two have a great history of close games, including last year. They've met in the playoffs. Poly can't afford another league loss. UM can't really afford a loss either with other tough games ahead.

Poly is 4-3, 3-1. They have MSU, @ISU, UCD and @ San Diego remaining.
um is 5-2, 3-0. They have SAC, @EWU, @So. Utah, MSU remaining.
Gonna be tough for the loser to make the playoffs. You have to be at least 8-4.

Agreed. May wind up a 2 or 3 point game with the winner just breaking 30 points. Griz might have to throw to win and try to make it a track meet, something they have not done this year.

Not sure who's gonna win. Not sure who to root for.

Ohhhh! I know, I know, but if Poly wins do they have that much more confidence against us? I guess if I'm not sure I should just default to rooting against um. Thanks for helping me work through this.

win or lose griz fans will be blaming/attributing what we do to the "griz hangover".
admittedly I'm excited to watch this game. I like this time of the season when we start to really see what teams are actually good or bad because it's so hard to tell in the first month or so.

Don't know about a hangover, but I am almost certain their option attack will run roughshod over your defense. Who knows, they may do the same thing to us.

Griz could be playing ISIS, and I would cheer for ISIS. Griz could be playing Ebola, and I would cheer for Ebola.

griz three and out, poly jams it down their throat for the 7 point lead. It's early but Cal Poly looking good against the griz so far...

Something to think about for next week, but it didn't look like Poly even flinched at going for it on 4th and 1 at about midfield on their first possession. Hope the Cat coaches keep that in mind and we work on some short yardage drills this week.
