WSU Cougs loose second top QB recruit

Phoenix area super recruit, quarterback Tyler Bruggman, the top rated recruit of Mike Leach's tenure has left the Cougar program and plans to transfer. He is the second top Coug qb recruit to leave. Austin Apodaca left last winter.

If I were a top recruit I don't think i'd play for that prick either.
