I wonder if the DOJ will investigate.

If only there was somebody out there to send a letter to the NCAA and tell them they saw some FSU players eating hotdogs at a tailgate party......

Florio has been dispatched to Florida to set things straight. Sure, she may not get the name right in her articles and he'll become Jordan Winston, but dammit she'll get to the bottom of this!

Regardless of whether they think it was fair or not, I can see UM fans being upset about having their school drug through the mud like it was last year. Even if you, as an alum, were all for being investigated and felt like the school deserved what it got, it would still be very tough. The good news is it seems like things have really settled down over the last year. At this point, I would be very happy with that.
MSU - 17 team National Champions (most recent 2025); 57 individual National Champions (most recent 2023).

Re: FSU's Winston Will Not Be Charged
I doubt most people think this needs to be rehashed, but oh well. UM had one guy charged & tried, and another charged, tried & convicted. Big difference. Especially when you consider how rarely the DAs can even manage to get a football player charged for rape. Jerramy Stevens had two or three incidents I think, and Roethlisberger had four, and neither of them was even charged once.tampa_griz wrote:I wonder if the DOJ will investigate.
