Colorado has scheduled a new game to make up the one that was flooded out against Fresno State. They are playing Charleston Southern who according to ESPN is an FCS power...........

Who the heck is Charleston Southern? And how are they an FCS power?

Anybody that beats Appalachian State should be considered to be tops in the nation.
