Hermanson in court

It seems odd to me that his judge would sit in a chair that says Montana Grizzlies with logo. This is hard to believe in light of all the investigation that has taken place in Missoula. Might as well wear a letter jacket.

The kid should pay to fix the signs and do some community service. Delaney took care of the football part. Dumb kid crap, fix it, move on. This would not be news if he was not a player.

I can't F'n believe I just saw that!!! The judge is in a Griz chair. Nothing says fair trial like like a Logo Authentic judges chair.
I liked the part where his attorney tells the judge his client is member of the um football team. As if he didn't know. Hahahaha!

It's not grizz envy, its grizz mockery. That looks so bad that you couldn't even make it up.

No envy, maybe some pity for a legal staff that fails to recognize the inappropriateness of this. I would feel the same if it said Exxon for example. This is not about UM but our culture, and I find it hard to believe except that I see it. Do things like this matter? Yes I think they do.

When I first saw the chair the logo wasn't clear and I just figured mc was kidding, but when they zoomed in and he leaned forward I about fell out of my chair.
Your Exxon analogy is perfect.

Call the NCAA, this should be investigated by a credible authority.

So basically you guys are saying the judge cannot be impartial if he is sitting in a chair with a LayZ Boy logo on it as well.
This is really the most amazing thing I have ever read on here if you guys have that much faith in humanity.

The trademark on the judge's chair does not mean that he is partial, only that he wants to appear partial. That is very odd in a courtroom. In my mind it is a demonstration of poor judgement , whether or not the person standing before him believes that he may be biased favorably toward UM or not. Hope this helps.

I think it may be the most ridiculous leap ever posted on the internet.
At least when you swing.....you swing for the fences.

Wait I just have to try this since this mutated line of thinking is so intriguing to me...................here we go
Can you believe that judges wear black robes in a courtroom? Black robes?!!
Man they must really give preferential treatment to the color black! Its just Ludicris!

It wouldn't be so ridiculous if you hadn't gone through what has to be one of the most scandalous periods in um history. It only reinforces what a lot of people think about Missoula and its relationship with um. That you fail to grasp this is further evidence of the same.

Fail. Not even close.
I'm anxious to see if the judge in the Aaron Hernandez case wears a patriots Jersey... I'll bet he doesn't.

Wouldnt matter if he did, unless he was sitting in a chair that was manufactured in Florida............................

I am not failing to grasp anything.
I know that me as a person could go into a court room as a judge wearing a Griz jersey and throw down the hammer on the guys involved in the home invasion, curbstomping or rape with great ease.
Why would a sworn judge be any different?
Not to mention this wasnt even news and then you guys take something that isnt even newsworthy and throw it down like its another scandal!

Look towards Billings if you want to see some bad sworn in judges (Rambold case). So I wouldn't go by that at all.

Wait a second......are you telling me the Rambold case was tainted because the guy was wearing a jersey? Or was he just a bad judge regardless of the black robe or suit and tie?
What kind of chair did he have?
