I like the EWU vs OSU matchup. Both are coming off great years. Gotta go with the Beavers. 69-42.

I'd reverse the App St. prediction; 27-21 App St wins.

69-42 really? I don't think either will score that many.
I am going to be real curious about the Weber State Stephen F Austin game. That might have some gaudy numbers in the final score.
I also think App State beats the grizz in Missoula.

I would love to watch this game. This will tell us a lot about the griz this year. They are hanging their hat on JJ who has only played one year and had an up and down year at that. He may be as good as advertised, I don't know. We will know a lot more on Sunday.

Brint Wahlberg is saying UM senior cornerback Sean Murray, who started 10 games last year, but has been in the doghouse since spring ball, is suspended and is no longer on the roster. He also hinted about 4-5 other players possibly being suspended for the ASU game. Murray is rumored to have been involved in an altercation in downtown Missoula before fall camp. Murray wasn't expected to start this season, but would obviously provide quality depth as a backup or be valuable in nickel/dime packages.

I guarantee EWU doesnt score more than 13 point against OSU unless the Beavers have 5+ turnovers.

No running game, no receivers, smallish/slow OL and a new QB seals this one.

Unless that secondary has grown up since the end of last season, it could be a long afternoon for the griz in Missoula. Everyone says wait and see with the MSU defensive front, I'm saying wait and see with the griz defensive backfield. They return some experience, but that experience from last year wasn't that great. 31-21 ASU

I'll say the Griz beat App State by 10+. The Griz almost beat them with a freshman QB last year so I think they win this one.

Griz 30
App State 17

Oregon State 40
EWU 20

Wait, are you saying the Griz got the death penalty? And here I thought the NCAA cared more about cream cheese than rape...

Beavers come right back. Long pass by Mannion sets up TD. 20-17. EWU has ball and hasn't been stopped yet.

But Adams is just going off. Another TD pass. That's three. EWU up 26-17. Adams has 246 passing before half!

No kidding. Might be the Eagles with 69 though. Ewu has the ball back Adams going to work. Four minutes left in half.

They're stuffing down OSU's throat now. Runs for 12, 9, 8. And another FG. Could come back to haunt them. Up 29-17.
