Casey, a senior at Oklahoma University, placed third in the men's 1,500 meters with a time of 3:50.60. The Laurel native finished just .35 seconds behind winner Mac Fleet of Oregon. Only .59 seconds separated the top four finishers. Casey was also the Big 12 champion this year.
