I don't have cable, does anyone know if the games are available on line? Watch ESPN does not work up here in Ak. Thanks in advance.

All of the games are on CBS, you shouldn't need cable for that

In the past, CBS has provided free online access to all of the first round. It shouldn't have anything to do with Watch ESPN since they do not have the rights to broadcast the tournament.

The NCAA website is streaming them for free.
It's a little different than I remember though... their FAQ says you get 4 hours of streaming free then you have to log in with a login from a participating cable provider... unless the game is on CBS then those don't count against your 4 hours.
Here's the link to their march madness page, and a link to the FAQ on their streaming:

I took a quick look at their cable provider lists and there are quite a few on there. Check it out and see if your internet service provider is listed and you might not have to worry about the 4 hour limit.
There are probably ways around the 4 hour limit too. If they are going by something as simple as a cookie you could clear your cookies, restart your browser, and go back to their site to start your 4 hours over again. If they are going by IP address you may be able to just unplug your DSL modem or cable modem for a few minutes then plug it back in and get a new IP and start your 4 hours over again.
