Minnesota is scared of any FCS school ranked in the top 25.

The team that is most disappointed with this would be NDSU. I think they may have had more Big Ten wins in the last decade than Indiana lol

Once again, no F...ing respect from espn. Here is today's poll on the college football website:
With the new network Fox Sports 1 forming in August, hopefully someone can challenge espn for the FCS playoff rights
What do you make of the Big Ten's plan to stop scheduling non-conference games against FCS (Division II) schools?

I agree that ESPN coverage of the playoffs sucks, but I don't see how running this poll shows no respect. ??DaCats21 wrote:Once again, no F...ing respect from espn. Here is today's poll on the college football website:

By calling FCS divison II, it is a sign of ignorance and disrespect.allcat wrote:I agree that ESPN coverage of the playoffs sucks, but I don't see how running this poll shows no respect. ??DaCats21 wrote:Once again, no F...ing respect from espn. Here is today's poll on the college football website:

Mainly just ignorance. Or, you know ... lack of copy editing.BroncoCat wrote:By calling FCS divison II, it is a sign of ignorance and disrespect.allcat wrote:I agree that ESPN coverage of the playoffs sucks, but I don't see how running this poll shows no respect. ??DaCats21 wrote:Once again, no F...ing respect from espn. Re: Guess we won't be playing the Big 10 again
Are there FCS teams that absolutely depend on their play-up money games? If so, and this spreads to other FBS conferences besides the Big10, it could really hurt alot of FCS teams.

Either way, ignorant or disrespectful, it is really pretty unprofessional.Bobcat Sig wrote:Mainly just ignorance. It's neither. It is most likely a mistake due to lack of proper editing. I wouldn't sweat it ...codecat wrote:Either way, ignorant or disrespectful, it is really pretty unprofessional.Bobcat Sig wrote:Mainly just ignorance. Re: Guess we won't be playing the Big 10 again
Wasn't part of the rationale for changing the names from I-A/I-AA to FBS/FCS, so that I-AA/FCS would be more clearly recognized as being Division I? Didn't some people get all butt hurt because I-AA was often mistakenly referred to as D-II, and they somehow felt that the name change would help to alleviate this problem? I guess it didn't work, did it? Therefore, please change it back to I-A/A-AA.
