Is the receiver from UCLA the same Darius Bell that was at MSU as a QB for a few weeks?

If I remember correctly, he was from NoCal and his dad couldn't believe that he signed with MSU; and was actually quite pissy about it. When Darius wasn't named the starting QB as a true freshman coming out of fall camp, he was gone. Off to a juco back in Cali.
His dad thought he was a future All American QB at the BCS level. Didn't quite turn out that way, but he has been a solid WR for the Bruins.

He had a few plays in their bowl game last year, if I remember right, because I asked the same question (is he our former Darius Bell) at the time.
