First of congrats to the Cal Poly Mustangs, Eastern Washington Eagles, and Montana State Bobcats on their co-Big Sky championship. Drop the banners and print the t-shirts! Christmas presents all around!
The above 3 will be in no question. I think NAU gets in as well. With 8 D-1 wins including and FBS win their resume is pretty good. Now I don't know how things are shaking out elsewhere-but Indiana State losing today opens of an at-large. I think if ODU beats JMU-JMU will stay home. Towson only has 7 D-1 wins I think so they are on the bubble as well. The Patriot will probably get 2 teams as Lehigh won today and only has one loss and Colgate has the auto-bid. I don't see the Big South getting more than 1 team in no matter how jumbled up they are at the top.
We'll see.
The ODU-JMU game is on right now on the NBC Sports network. These are big powerful teams. Pretty scary looking.

Re: Big Sky play off teams
My guess is that NAU is left out with only 7 D-I wins, not 8. They went 8-3 with a D-II win over Fort Lewis. Their conference wins were over UM, PSU, UND, UCD, UNC, and ISU - none of which finished with a winning conference record. The NAU late season collapse came later this year than last, but it still came! If you're going to lose your last two games at home and only have 7 D-I wins, you need a more impressive win than UNC to go along with your FBS win.

For some reason I had it in my head that NAU played an all D-1 schedule. So yeah-they're probably out.
If NAU had beat Cal Poly the committee would have had a tougher decision with Cal Poly having 8 D-1 wins including an FBS win. But that's all moot now.
In a little over 20 minutes we'll all know for sure.
