I absolutely love reading this stuff. Very similar to reading the UCMJ but without the fun of applying it as either a company commander or S-1. You knew Emmert would make a great leader. Aren't there some places most Montanans are familiar with facing one of the dire levels outlined in this new policy manual? Check it out:
