Griz and USD Game Thread

Post by bobcatfan15 » Sat Sep 01, 2012 12:23 pm

Does anyone know of a radio station that is actually streaming this game online!?!? My husband and I live out of state and would like to listen. But we have to pay to listen on the griz site and don't really want to.

Tough game to call. Part of me thinks the Griz will release a bunch of penned up aggression and win big, but it should be a close game.

The announcers on the radio suck!

They can't be worse than the ones on the TV. Griz have had an extra point blocked and fumbled a punt return so far, leading to SD's only points of the game. Sounds familiar...

I can't believe the Griz aren't thumping USD. USD is a pretty slow and methodical team. The Griz LBS are fast from side to side but I don't think their front 4 are as fast as last year (bigger across the board tho). I think teams are going to spread them out and get their aggressive LBs to overcommit then do a lot of misdirection plays on them. They are biting on the fake a lot. Will be interesting to see how USD handles the outside screens in the second half.

Even with the most perfect football fans of all time, Washington Grizzly Stadium isn't anywhere close to half-full for the second half kickoff.

You can listen to it through a billing station with the Tunln app. I believe the station is 105.1?

I know look at the lower sidelines! I thought they were the best football fans anywhere in the country?

Could have used some noise on that 80 yard bomb eh? =D^

Too busy enjoying the river, drying their hands with high quality paper towels, and watching the skinny fans to get back in.

USD took the lead on an 80 yard TD pass. UM's defense hasn't been impressive outside the trenches.
