The Free Report is pretty damaging to the entirety of Penn State University. They'll be feeling the negative effects of this for a long time I think.

And here I thought um was a dumpster fire. Penn State is a full on shi!t sandwich. I'm not sure what's worse; the fact that JoePa knew about the child rape or all of the Penn State Joepologists coming out the woodwork. Truly a shame all around.
