Maybe these guys have a pretty small recruiting budget? Almost all of their recruits were within a 90 mile drive of Sacremento.

Sperbeck is really trying to nail down the Sacramento region. A lot of good players leave SAC for mediocre FBS schools (or even other BSC teams).

He has an intricate understanding of the JCs in California and I look for him to add a couple more players before all is said and done.

In regards to Bethel-Thompson, the UCLA transfer, how lucky are we to pick up a kid who'll have 3 years of eligibility left that STARTED in a FBS bowl game the year before?

When Coach Ash talked of getting a drop down last season, I looked at the ucla roster (thinking Svaboda). I really hoped that with as many as they had on their roster, we might get one of them here at MSU.
