Thanks for the help guys! Anyone have any insight on them? Are either of them supposed to compete for the championship?

After they get their arse kicked by Belgrade for the county championship, they'll probably make it to state in AA

Oh, the joys of the all-class basketball debate. Shall we start up another one for another new year?
No one's going to hold a candle to West this year anyway. 8)

Look out for Sentinel not only do they have 2 of the top 3 senior AA players, but they have a freshman kid named Roberts (last name) that looks to be a Bobby Howard type potential.

That's interesting, the Helena IR has Bozeman losing to Capital...

9 for 53 shooting by the Hawks...that's not good!

Interesting they have 2 of the top 3. You bring up the top players in the state and I got to thinking why there is hardly ever anyone out of Billings mentioned. What are your thoughts on Casey Rogers as a DI prospect? I know he signed with Carroll but just inquiring.
*Sorry to hijack this thread.

Rodger' was the other player I was thinking of although Paine (SP?) also from Billings is mentioned a lot. I don't know of any senior (boy) that is getting serious D-1 attention.

I seen Roberts play last spring at an eighth grade select tournament and I was very impressed. He looked ready for varsity action then. I think people will get to know that name well in the next 4 years.

Sentinel should have a good year with Garland and Henkel and Roberts. Sentinel has had a Top player in the state for several years in a row now. However, they just cant seem to keep it together come the State Tournament.. I went to sentinel and believe me, it got frustrating time after time going into the tournament ranked 1st then loosing their first game. Hopefully this team can keep it together.
And Roberts should be a force in the coming years. I did some work with him this summer during a camp and believe me, he has everything he need to go a long ways!
