Wow. It appears there will be only one seed left after the quarters. A lot of parity in college football this year.

(and it also shows how difficult it is to win 4 playoff games, no matter how good you are. You gotta get lucky to win NCs).

I was watching the Carroll College coaches show last weekend and Parker was asking Van Diest about his success in the playoffs, and Van Diest said something to the effect that most people have no idea how hard it is to advance in the playoffs. It was somewhat self congratulatory, but very true. If you catch the wrong time at the wrong time, you go home early.

7-3 Richmond over Wofford.

Wondering if any griz are listing to this audio feed. Must have heard at least 3 times how Wofford turnd the ball over 3 times in the UM game and STILL won.

21-10 Richmond

Yes, Richmond a winner. BSC didn't look so good this year. UM was a disguised 11-0. EWU got the win against McNeese fortunately, but really wasn't in the game today. Multi-bid seasons may be tough to come by in the future at this rate.

Conference strengths change so rapidly from year to year. If EWU did not fumble inside the 5 in the first half which App State ended up turning into a touchdown, then the second half could have been a lot different. I wish the BSC would have had a better showing this year, but it didn't happen. What conference is SIU in. I think Richmond and Delaware are CAA, and App State is SoCon.

SIU is in the Gateway.
