Sports Illustrated gives UM a hard time

Post by crazycat » Fri Nov 16, 2007 11:35 am

Cops: Collegetown
This week's law enforcement roundup takes us to Bozeman, Mont., home of the 10-0 Montana Grizzlies. Heading into their rivalry game with Montana State, it seems that only the law can stop this team. In a season that has already seen Grizzlies players accused of assault by beer bottle, pointing a gun at a woman's head and, oh yeah, murder, three more football players are facing burglary and kidnapping charges after a house break-in last week. The Grizzlies may not play in the Bowl subdivision, but murder and kidnapping are big time. No I-A program can boast a rap sheet like that this season. Not even Texas or Florida.

Ouch. It's buried in there and not quite as harsh as their 5-pager with Ashley Kroon, but to say UM has the biggest rap sheet of the season is pretty rough.

Will this stop your incessant whining about how unfair the media is to MSU?

Who cares?

That is a funny paragraph!!! You have to give it to the guy that wrote that it's down right hillarious!

I am willing to over look the mistake of Bozeman being our home town, but really the rest of the free world knows we own you so it is our home away from home.

WGS - East

Come on dudes, who doesn't have a second home now a days?

Slightly off topic

You know when this summers SI article about MSU and this $hit hit the streets there were parents of athletes we were recruiting who called up the MSU coaches and asked them not to recruit or contact their sons, any more. I know of one athlete who was close to committing parents called our coaches, and one week later committed (and recently signed) with Weber St.

You elected a ****** RAPIST to be our President

Yep, this evens it all out. 1 paragraph = 5 pages.

They must have corrected the "Bozeman" mistake; the page says Missoula now...
