PSU vs. NAU

Post by divotfixer » Sat Oct 06, 2007 11:33 pm

went to the PSU-NAU game today... pretty sloppy affair. I'll tell you what PSU's offense was downright scary at times, but White was a little careless with the football. Tremaine Kirkland and Olaniyi Sobomehin have hands of gold!! PSU runs a little delay-shovel pass to Sobomehin out of the backfield that is so effective. NAU is very streaky, but came in and got it done at PGE park. Looking forward to PSU vs. MSU on 11-10-07... wish I would've been at mud bowl vs. SUU instead!!

This game surprised me a bit. NAU must have some offense.

It's never easy in the Big Sky Conference.

Wow. Two things really surprise me about this game... lack of defense, and the fact that NAU won there. Once again the Big Sky is a weird rollor coaster this year. Sac State killed NAU then NAU beats PSU at home???

I know that people say this every year, but I truly believe that the BSC is more balanced than ever this year. Nobody, including MSU or UM, is going to go undefeated in conference this season....I would make that bet right now with no hesitation. The only weak sisters would seem to be ISU and UNC.
