UM is up 14-2 at halftime.
There is a stat updater at montanagrizzlies.com for those of you like me that can't stand listening to their radio guy's take on the game. According to the stats, UM isn't exactly bowling them over. 168 to 128 in total yards.

Here is a link where you can follow it in "Gametracker" style.
Stats look even....every where except the score. But I don't know if the stats are reflective of the game.

This is one of those "Who cares" games. Come to think about it, I think I'll cheer for the Thunderbirds.

Listened to much of the 2nd quarter, until gurnsey's "style" finally made me run for the toilet; the Griz are playing VERY conservatively on offense; my guess is they'll open things up a little bit in the second half; just enough to secure a 25+ point win.
If Hauck is going to limit the offensive playbook until they actually play someone, I wonder just how rusty the Griz O might be by the time they actually play a game rather than a scrimmage...?

First and goal on the one for SUU.
TD SUU, PAT pending. It's good 14-9 UM. SUU had a delay of game when they got down there, but didn't flinch. I imagine the crowd may have some say in that.

OMG you just can't get away from their radio dorks. I checked egriz for the responses of posters to the last TD and it looks like the radio guys are claiming SUU fumbled before they scored. That's special.

Larson is in for Bergquist?? What the...? Anyway he's doing well three carries for 16 yards. He's either keeping it or throwing it and has them down to the SUU 28.

Larson is already the Griz's #2 QB?

What happened to Selle?
Larson's in the game right now & I believe Berquist played the entire first half.

Is Bergquist hurt?

Whoa! Larson just got sacked for 12 on 3rd and 8. Bring on the FG unit.

The third Q is almost over. I was really expecting UM to just blow these guys out. Looks like we're in for a game when SUU comes to town.

FG is good from 42.. 17-9. I'd bet the house UM's defense at least stops them or gets a TO on the next SUU drive. No way does SUU get in the EZ again.

Or perhaps the almighty Griz aren't quite as good as we've come to expect...?

Right I'm just curious to see who is at QB for the next series. Did Hauck just set a plan for Larson to play the first series of the second half? Bergquist played fine in the first it appears.

UM stops them on first series of downs. Looks like Bergy is back in there.
No now it's Larson and they are driving. 1-10 on SUU 25

Interesting stat from Holein just now:
Lex Hilliard has 11 100 yard rushing games for the Griz.
Does that shock anybody else? I would've guessed he had at least twice that many...
