Ha, and I generally fly United over Delta because Delta has been responsible for the worst flying experiences of MY life. (12 hour delays, flight cancellations) I agree that Alaska is good and I am done with Allegiant after my last experience with them, trying to check in at Vegas Airport with about 1000 passengers and two open check in desks.Bobcat Sig wrote:I concur. Until your flight gets cancelled out of O'Hare, there's not service reps to speak with at United and they rebook you through Boston on American, to where I had to sleep on the concrete while construction went on overhead and still had to fly through New York and Dulles to get to Raleigh-Durham; I don't want to hear it about Delta. I fly 40-60k a year on Delta. Nary a delay or an issue, delay or cancellation. One time they were overbooked; once. I received a $600 voucher and a hotel room for the night.
