FINAL Round Robin Standings

SAC 4-0
Weber 2-3
Idaho 1-2
UC Davis 1-3
UM 0-4
Sadly the day came when this had to end. I can tell by all the comments how much everyone loved it.

I think it’s clear that MSU’s season was better than SAC’s but we’ll never know for sure. MSU out scored the Hornets and held its opponents to less points. The Bobcats also advanced further in the playoffs.
Maybe the Bobcats will play UIW. A win by MSU would give it the edge in common opponent record. MSU actually leads that since it beat Weber twice.

I think you can change the title to "5 of the top 6 haven't disappointed" because the griz were a huge disappointment.

I’m with you….

I saw a presentation talking about Cats game coming up against W&M. The next slide came up talking about Gris schedule. Had two bullet points:
- Gris at home this weekend
- Have a 32 week bye

UM didn’t disappoint in terms of providing some exciting, close games. But, yes, that’s funny!BobcatDel wrote: ↑Sun Dec 11, 2022 7:10 pm![]()

Re: The Top 6 haven’t disappointed
Idaho improved it's 2023 schedule by dropping a home game against Division II Western Oregon and replacing it with a road trip to Lamar. The Lamar trip will be a home and home with Lamar visiting Moscow in 2026. This adjustment makes the Vandal OOC schedule rough with other away games at Nevada and California. This leaves them only their conference games as their 4 game home schedule.
They will start the season with 5 away games. Lamar, Nevada, California, EWU, and Cal Poly before they host the gris followed immediately by the Bobcats. That's quite a harsh start to the season but I'm glad they bit the bullet and got the scheduling on track. Division II games should be a rarity for Big Sky teams.
While having only 4 home games would cause a major uproar in Bozeman, in Moscow this will be acceptable if they continue to upgrade their schedule.

For the cats schedule, I see the hard games in this order: SDSU, Idaho, sac, some other teams, then gris.Rich K wrote: ↑Wed Dec 14, 2022 4:48 pmIdaho improved it's 2023 schedule by dropping a home game against Division II Western Oregon and replacing it with a road trip to Lamar. Re: The Top 6 haven’t disappointed
Good call by Idaho. Lamar isn't a powerhouse team, so they dropped a non-qualifier game for a likely win. Good call for making the playoffs again.
