42 yard run after a dropped pass in the end zone...

28-0 ndsu...

I was figuring ndsu by about 17-20. This could begin to get ugly depending upon who you are pulling for!!

Interception in the end zone on a 4th down desperation pass by Colgate. Looks like ndsu will go into the 4th with a 28-0 lead...

Pretty amazing considering Colgate is the #1 defense in FCS. They gave up 7 points per game and had 5 shutouts this year.

There isn’t anyone in FCS that can beat NDSU, which is too bad because watching NDSU win all the time is getting pretty boring.

So we beat Colgate 10-0... I don't care if we lost 52-10... Feel fortunate to have scored!

I thought MSU did just as well as Colgate for whatever that’s worth. They did better defensively (8.0 ypp to 8.8 ypp). The Bobcats did better offensively 5.0 ypp to 3.2 ypp.


MSU - 16 team National Champions (most recent 2024); 57 individual National Champions (most recent 2023).

Well the refs were jobbing NDSU that first half. Shoulda been 28-0. At least MSU had a lead. MSU only got outscored 14-7 after halftime.

The D stats would’ve favored MSU if that ref hadn’t blown that pass catch call.

I appreciated the announcers commentary that the most difficult thing to defend is a balanced offense.
