Bobbi would never leave the Mecca of college football to coach some random team in the south.

As a Dolphins fan, I've heard Saban say "I'm not gonna be the Alabama coach" before. We'll see if it's true this time.

Looks like DeBoer from UW will likely be Saban's replacement at Alabama. Will be interesting how this could potentially affect coaching around the west.

When Lanning’s name was first mentioned at Bama I got a message from a UDub friend calling Oregon ‘Stepping Stone U.” Welp…
I could see Pete Kwiatkowski as their next coach. Choate may have left Texas a bit early because he’d likely be in line for real DC at Texas if Kwiat moves.

If Choate figures out a way to make Nevada relevant he could be on UW's list next time around.PapaG wrote: ↑Fri Jan 12, 2024 2:40 pmWhen Lanning’s name was first mentioned at Bama I got a message from a UDub friend calling Oregon ‘Stepping Stone U.” Welp…

Re: Nick Saban Retires
Going to Alabama should be a easy move. There can't be any pressure at all being a football coach in Tuscaloosa
