These guys lost 5.5 scholarships to the APR, factor in the academic ineligibles and check out the number of dropdowns Van Gorder will pick up from all of his connections and they're a sleeper coming out of the Southern Conference this year
All joking aside, I'm amazed at the number of coaches who state in public they don't like the jc or dropdown method, yet continually pick up better athletes than the ones they were developing in their own programs (granted, Brian inherited Sewak's kids after Sewak was fired for losing in the first round of the playoffs for that fourth quarter meltdown defensively against Texas State and only going 8-4, but...)
Bet they wish they had an intersession to get their athletes back on track now
