Notre Dame's all-time winningest coach, Brian Kelly, receives a 10-year, $95 million deal from LSU.
Another move that is surprising.

Gotta say, I didn't see that one coming.

I did think Brian Kelly had reached his ceiling at Notre Dame, but I actually thought he was going to be the guy ending up at USC. It'll be interesting to see what dominos drop all over the country at every level.

Kelly seemed to struggle against top 5 teams so I'm surprised LSU hired him. He wasn't going to get Notre Dame over that proverbial hump of winning the NC. Maybe ND will find a coach that can get them over that hump.
On a side note I got to go to a Notre Dame home game 10 years ago that was a great experience, definitely a bucket list check off.

Years ago, maybe 92, we went to a USC/ND game at the Colosseum, row 94... Lou Holtz was about 1/16th of an inch tall.WeedKillinCat wrote: ↑Tue Nov 30, 2021 5:39 pmKelly seemed to struggle against top 5 teams so I'm surprised LSU hired him.
