27 penalties in the Utah - USC game tonight. I've never seen so much yellow on a football field and man did it affect the game in a bad way. Terrible holding calls, bad late hit calls and a very questionable PI call in the 4th. Even the announcers were disgusted.

Seems like Pac12 refs are an issue every year. They’re the Big Sky refs of the FBS.
