Only linemen will be able to block below the waist. I can't find whether they will be limited to within the tackles as was originally proposed but it is nice to see only blocks from the front will be allowed. Triple option teams are going have to have to really retrain their kids and retool their offenses. That crap Pflugrad ran is gone too.
