According to our Commissioner it is the only non-football NCAA national title by a Big Sky school in a Big Sky sponsored sport.

I should have phrased the question better - what I meant was if a school had won a NCAA Title competing in a sport as a member of the Big Sky Conference. UND has a bunch of hockey titles but not in the Big Sky, kind of like MSU's rodeo titles. I see now that it was the first time this has happened!
