Iowa scores again on a 3 play drive, short TD pass, NDSU looks to be weak in the secondary this year.

NDSU has as much heart as I've ever seen on a team, but if they keep playing like they are Stick is going to be carried out on a stretcher.

Wow! Iowa was #13 in the nation. Ndsu just doesn't lose FBS games. It's crazy.

NDSU should be ranked in the top 25 of FBS.

Some folks were in denial. Watching the standings on an ACC Game, they showed that Iowa was three and oh after this game =D^

They should be ranked 11-12 for the last 3 years.

They would beat FBS teams not in the top 10....9 out of 10 times. On the road

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) -- North Dakota State’s win over Iowa Saturday has put the college football world on notice.

According to ESPN’s Brett McMurphy, voters in the Associated Press College Football Poll were sent an email following the game to remind them NDSU is eligible for the AP Top 25.

If the poll went to 27 teams NDSU would be included.

Teams are awarded 25 points for a first place vote on down to one point for a 25th place vote.

The Bison received 74 points placing them three spots outside of the Top 25 behind Texas Christian and tied with UCLA.

The 74 points is the most ever by a team in Division I-FCS or I-AA in the history of the poll dating back to the beginning of the poll in 1936, according to an ESPN report.

The voter who placed NDSU highest in his poll, at No. 15, is Pete DiPrimio from the Fort Wayne News-Sentinel.

I'd love to see NDSU play Alabama. I believe it would be a lot closer than most people think.

I was just watching ESPN and they just had NDSU head coach on. I am no NDSU fan but this is good exposure for FCS.

I just took a quick look at the game stats and sounds like it was a very ugly game. One NDSU TD was a returned interception. They only had 114 yards passing but 239 rushing. Interestingly, NDSU did not have a 100 yard rusher (Frazier had 99). Looks like the defense won the game as Iowa only rushed for 34 yards total. They also only passed for 197 yards.

I think Carson Wentz is bigger exposure for FCS he's on MNF and everytime they have showed him this weekend theyve mentioned ndsu/fcs win vs iowa

NDSU dominated IOWA in the trenches, plain and simple, they had no idea what hit them. Completely Shell Shocked and it was AWESOME!

NDSU now 9-3 vs FBS and totally do not belong in the fcs, but our admin & fanbase would rather be big dog small pond, then trying for something bigger!! and it pissed me off.

PS ALL American LB Nic Deluca is having surgery and OUT for the year. NFL draft time im guessing
