Nebraska pays tribute to their punter who dies this summer in a car accident, but only lining up 10 men in their first punting situation. Taking a Delay of Game Penalty.
Fresno State honors the tribute further by refusing to accept the penalty.

And while the family was at the game LOWLIFES broke into the house and ransacked/stole belongings.
