Anyone catch him on the ESPNU this morning? He was interviewed after the selections were made. Interesting guy. I'd heard some of his story prior to their game at UM last year. He's a good speaker and had the hosts fired up after he was done. The part that caught my ear was that he, like John Gagliardi at St. John's (Minn.), doesn't allow hitting at practice. He said it cuts down on the injuries.

He's a billionaire also? Retired CEO of Ameritrade or whatever. He's a great guy and his players shut their mouths and listen when he speaks.
