No link. Just a rumor that Sears has been let go as Head Coach at Weber.

Weber State (FCS - UT): Sources tell us head coach Jody Sears will not return. Sears led Weber State to a 4-19 record in two seasons after his promotion from defensive coordinator to head coach following John L. Smith's departure to Arkansas in April 2012.
