Way too early top 5

Post by Bemiller49 » Tue Jan 30, 2018 3:13 pm

AA
Senior - until someone proves otherwise
Helena
Glacier
Sentinel
West

A
Hamilton
Dillon
Billings Central
Frenchtown
C Falls

B
Fairfield
Colstrip
Loyola
HP
Eureka

My knowledge of classes outside of B is limited. So I am sure someone with more knowledge will have changes. Plus I have no idea on C.

Flint Creek (Drummond/Philipsburg) has a very good chance of repeating as 8-man champs but Charlo & Landers Smith will be in the mix.

Helena
Glacier
Sentinel
West
Top 5 (no order)

Billings Senior
Billings West
Bozeman
Helena High
Kalispell Flathead

In my opinion, these teams have the most talent returning. Missoula Sentinel should also be in the mix.

Watch for Corvallis and Lewistown getting into the mix next year.

Whitehall and Missoula Loyola should also be in the mix.

Pretty much the same as the two above. I too think Sentinel will be in the mix with the returnees, along with Helena High. CMR seems due for a winning season as well.

I think Sidney can keep on the same track as last year, and I like what Frenchtown has to offer as well.
Billings Central

Bigfork will also big a good team, and I personally think Townsend should be right on the bubble as well.

Huntley Project is going to be down next year.

I leaned that way too, but they seem to always be in the top towards the end of the season. That is why I included them in mine. Kind if like fairfield and Loyola. Except Fairfield should be far and away the favorite. They are loaded next season.
