Refs just seem to find a way to inject themselves into the game.

Garbage from the refs. Jones drags his foot through Cat player and does a big acting job falling to the ground.

I'm quite surprised, I thought Logies teams would be quiet, 3 pt assassins.. but as the year goes on they have gotten quite tough on D, and have a bit of a swagger to their game. Fun to watch!!

Logie definitely has some swagger himself and the team emulates that. Awesome game considering how depleted Cats depth is.

Eh, to overtime we go. Feed Olmstead and defend the 3.. haha, what's your advice?

I end my posts here in agreement with our announcer, directed towards the refereeing.. "what are we doing?"

Awesome effort by the Cats. EW Jones is flopping cry baby. I hate guys who play the game like that. See you in Boise.

The good news: NAU and PSU both lost today, so MSU remains alone in 5th pending the result of tonight's ISU @ UNC game. Like on the women's side, I think MSU would definitely benefit from being on EWU's side of the bracket with how well they've competed against them in the regular season meetings. Weber will be hungry for a win Monday though as that game will have major seeding implications for them too. Should be fun, go Cats!

Great effort. I was at the women's game today and very impressed with the turnout for senior day.
We need a really great crowd Monday night for the guys.

I am extremely impressed with what Logie has done to develop this team! This team has FAR exceeded my expectations from the beginning of the year. Any wins at the tourney would be gravy. Looking forward to seeing the basketball team over the next few years.

One of the top performances of the year. Olmsted was an absolute dude as well as Turner. Goracke showed up. Patterson played his ass off. Man what a game!

I was at the game and although we lost the Cats looked solid and very competitive. Yes, the refs took over after the small fight but it was the best I've seen MSU play in awhile. Logie got pretty animated with the fans when the Cats came back, which was also great to see, I got the feeling that the players love how he coaches them

Well it won the game for them, he swings his leg into Patterson and when Patterson lifts up he fails to ground, Patterson T, Logie T and all of a sudden 6 free throws when Cats were making a run. It ended up deciding the game.
So horribly officiated. Why can't the Big Sky let teams play like big time conferences do. Ticky Tack crap and we end up not having best players at end of games. At least they are consistently bad.
