When Boosters and Fans were calling for Mick's firing, I beleive I am quoted as saying (and you can confirm this on this very forum) be careful of what you wish for you may not get some one better! 12 year later we have not!

Did Mick reach the qualifying number of years of service for retirement for the State of Montana? If not, he had to be close and a few more years at MSU-B would push him over. That would have add some additional incentive to consider the job.
