Beat me to it. Here's what I wrote about him earlier this fall:

Mandrell Worthy

Size: 6-3, 180

Position: Point guard/shooting guard

School: Eastside Catholic High School in Sammammish, Washington right outside Seattle

Visit Date: September 19

Other offers: Unknown. Worthy does not have a profile on any of the scouting sites and doesn’t seem to have attracted the interest of any Division I schools. But he plays for a team that went to the 3A state title game last season only to lose to traditional power Rainier Beach. Seattle Basketball Services (SBS) ranks Worthy as the third-best prospect in the entire Seattle Metro area, one of the richest areas for hoops talent in America.

Film: There doesn’t seem to be any film anywhere of Worthy either. His Hudl tape is blank and the only video is a film of him dunking when he was a freshman. Worthy was one of Eastside Catholic’s best players last season. He helped lead the team to its first state title game. They lost to Rainier 47-45, a school that’s captured seven state titles since 1998, including the last three straight. NBA stars like Nate Robinson, Jamal Crawford and Doug Christie prepped at Rainier Beach, so to hang tough with the inner-city school is no small accomplishment.

Some have already mentioned it but I really love what Fish is doing both on the recruiting trail and in terms of trying to get fans back. Now, not winning won't help the fan portion but I think it is extremely important to be patient and give him a few years. As of today the future looks better than it has in quite awhile.

http://www.bozemandailychronicle.com/sp ... 2f595.html Very well-spoken kid, and his coach absolutely loves him (which could be a 'duh' statement, but he spoke of him more highly than Matisse Thybulle, who has committed to UW).
