Already has multiple FBS offers.

It would be nice to get another Wyoming kid! Especially this one

2800%!?!?! We could all learn a thing about commitment from this young man. Could you imagine only being one-twenty-eighth as committed as him? Pathetic.

2800% committed...at least until someone shows up with a bigger purse of money

Not sure anyone noticed his number…
But imagine the commitment if he was #99!
Or better yet, if he was #0

There's a part of me that's kind of pulling for WSU, but there's another part of me that's hoping MSU can steal some of the recruits that previously would have headed their way. It's a crazy time for them, and honestly I hope they can succeed and be better in the long run than some of the previous PAC 12. But they could also really go backwards if they don't handle this right, and if I were a coach at MSU I'd be planting that seed in recruits' minds.

Obviously, WSU is going to have to overcome a lot of challenges to be successful in the future. I’m ambivalent on whether they are successful or not. I do get why high school players can get fixated playing for FBS teams versus FCS teams though, but, personally, I’d rather go to a successful FCS program that wins rather than a potential FBS train wreck. I’m always amazed that FBS schools (not necessarily WSU), that never win much and are located in terrible locations, can still even recruit talent, but they do.

Yeah I agree. I think WSU is really going to be an underdog, and that's why I'm sort of pulling for them. I have zero allegiance to them. But I always wondered how weird it must be for a guy who plays for UCLA, for instance, to go to games in Seattle, Tempe, Berkeley, and LA, then show up in Pullman and know it's the same conference as these other schools! Without that tether to the Pac-12, I think WSU loses out on A TON of those guys who just wanted to play in the PAC-12. Their facilities are still light years better than Idaho's, and they're playing IN a decent conference, even if they're not really a part of it...but if they don't find a conference home they might be in trouble. A great stadium doesn't matter if it's only 1/2 full...in fact that might be worse than a full, smaller stadium (unless said stadium is the Kibbiedome).

I think the other PAC administrators, and other P4 conference leadership, felt the same way. Hence, the situation they're in today.

I see the coaches are out on the recruiting trail. I’d expect an avalanche of offers to be falling soon.
