I admittedly don't know much about a lot of these QBs, but based on the ones I am familiar with, this seems fair.

I think it's fair. And I think it's fair to say the Ah Yat kid is hyped up. He looked better in some ways in the UNCO game I watched in person. He can spin it. He does make some bad throws. But true frosh.
