Welcome to MSU. Sounds like he’s got a boat load of experience at all kinds of levels.
MSU - 16 team National Champions (most recent 2024); 57 individual National Champions (most recent 2023).

Re: Erik Frazier WR coach
Welcome Erik.
In a different thread it was asked if this is a lateral move. I would say no, it's a move up.
Checking out the Leatherneck forum I would suggest Western Illinois is having the same kind of enrollment issues as dUMb.
Closing dorms. Things like that.
Kind of like when Ty made the move to MSU, a move up.

Great get, welcome to Bozeman. Only thing that will make this even better, a passing QB.

Re: Erik Frazier WR coach
Along with the title of Wide Receiver coach, Erik also is the Pass Game Coordinator. I don't believe he held that role at Western Illinois.

So will this hire also improve our chances to win our week 3 game at WIU on Sep 14th because of his familiarity with their system? Any idea how MSU found him.........was their a connection to Choate or Miller or someone else?

What exactly does pass game coordinator mean? And why would Frazier be doing this and not Matt Miller?VimSince03 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 10, 2019 10:05 amAlong with the title of Wide Receiver coach, Erik also is the Pass Game Coordinator. I don't believe he held that role at Western Illinois.

In reality, it's just an additional title that allows for a pay raise. Just like assistant head coach and other positions like that. Boils down to title and $$$.

Re: Erik Frazier WR coach
I'm assuming Erik is a coach that was interviewed at the AFCA Convention this week then got the job.The MICKSTER wrote: ↑Thu Jan 10, 2019 10:38 amSo will this hire also improve our chances to win our week 3 game at WIU on Sep 14th because of his familiarity with their system?
