At 4:10 of Cat Chat-Choate said Troy didn't do much last week and "kinda got him rolling again this week". I hope that doesn't mean rolling an ankle. [-o<

If you haven't listened to this episode, do. A lot comes out about the quarterback situation and how much they all wanted Tucker to play, and how much of a sacrifice Troy has been and is making for the team. And how much the team gets that and appreciates it.

I agree! I listen to, watch and read EVERYTHING that every platform puts out regarding the Bobcats, but if I had to choose only 1 that I wouldn't miss it would be the Cat Chat. Jay does a great job of asking the questions we all want to know the answers to and 99% of the time Coach genuinely answers them.

I only wish he hadn't cut off Choate at the end to wrap the event.

Just finished listening. Anyone who has had any doubts about Choate not understanding the ramifications of moving Troy to qb and the gravity of the entire situation is clearly ignorant to the actual process of how this went down

Also, Bob Cole is an interesting, funny dude.

Right before the podcast cuts off, Choate states: " I mean, we were having discussions on Tuesday prior to practice saying 'I think Tucker's the guy, its time to move'."

What bad luck for Tucker, works his way into , what looks like, him being the starter going forward and he brakes his foot.

Interesting to hear he came up with a play that was called in the game.

Much respect for both Troy and Tucker.

The culture of this team is outstanding. We are in good hands moving forward.

If that's the case, what does that do to the argument that TA was clearly the better QB and TR wasn't playing because TA simply beat him out?

Was Choate saying it was time to move to TR permanently, or for the Idaho game? It's been pretty clear they'd planned to play TR last Saturday until the injury.

Well, it means the people who who make it will have a harder time resorting to appeals to authority. They can still point to QB wins, rushing stats, and total TDs.
