Sorry if I missed it elsewhere on this board but what happened to Elu Leota? He is not on the roster.

Nothing confirmed anywhere, but at this point it almost seems safe to say he isn't a Bobcat right now.

I’m assuming he’s just not with the team anymore? I did see this info from Colter a couple weeks ago, but I was curious if it meant he was gone all together or if he was going to join the team when school started. Just haven’t heard anything beyond this tweet from Colter.

Per his social media, it appears he is back home in Texas. He was a late addition to the MSU roster before last season because of academic issues. That may still be the case.
