I just looked at the rankings again. I saw that Weber State was ranked at 41st and we are ranked at 22nd, and um is ranked at 15th(!?). I find that absurd considering the performance of WSU last year. I have a feeling they are going to underrate SUU the way that they did Weber. I don’t think I’ll give too much credence to this ranking.

I think it's absurd they have um at 15. It's very possible that um will struggle to have a winning season this year. Probable losses to us and Northern Iowa. Possible losses to UND, SUU, SSU, UI, and Western Ill.

They have an easy schedule, so that’s probably why? I could see them going 7-4. Would need to be 6-2 in the league to make playoffs. Good receivers and running backs, but questionable QB and line. Only 8 returning starters if Buss doesn’t return. They look average on defense.

Yes that could certainly be accurate. I remember we lost to a 7-4 NDSU at home in 2010 and thought that team is really going start eff'ing teams up. Their OT lost at EWU the following week was the last time they didn't make at least the semi's. Kennesaw just might be at that same point right now.
