That’s not the way I read it. I read it like he will be here this summer, since he has already graduated from high school, could be wrong though.

I guess I don't know how he could have graduated from high school this spring and participated in spring ball at Phoenix College also this spring.

This is one of those issues I've fussed about after returning to Montana with regards to dual enrollment for kids. You have a kid finish his high school cousework a semester, year or two early and they are taking collegiate courses that count as both high school and college classes. I assume this young man did this.

In fact, I think we have a quarterback on the team who did something similar.

Welcome to the bobcat family.

Was the school similar to an NAIA so it doesn’t count towards NCAA or is it more of a grey shirt situation? Either way Beltran is another explosive athlete on the offensive side of the ball

He only threw about 12 passes a game, but he’s very accurate and efficient. His career HS numbers (207-310-9, 33 tds, 9 int) would equate to a 174.7 NCAA passer rating. His senior year rating is 182.5.

Murray had a passer rating over 200 his senior year.

Dakota Prukop's high school career would only be worth a 134.1 NCAA QB rating, with a 145.4 in his senior year. So...QB rating in high school does NOT tell you how good a guy's QB rating will be in college.

A lot of similarities between Beltran and McGhee. State champs. Run-heavy teams. Good runners. Efficient passers. Chip on shoulder (everyone wanted DM to play safety).

MSU - 15 team National Champions (most recent 2021); 57 individual National Champions (most recent 2023).
